Tired of PT That Doesn't Get You Better?
Too many patients spend weeks — sometimes months — cycling through PT clinics that rush them in and out, treat symptoms instead of causes, and leave them back where they started.
Rushed 30-Minute Sessions
You're in and out before your therapist even knows your story. Cookie-cutter protocols mean your actual root cause never gets addressed — and the pain keeps coming back.
Passed Off to a Tech or Aide
You showed up to see a physical therapist, but spent most of your session with someone who isn't one. That's not the individualized care you deserve — or the care that actually works.
No Clear Plan to Get Back to Sport
You want to return to running, playing, lifting, or competing — but your PT plan feels generic. Without return-to-sport testing and progressive programming, you're guessing when you're ready.
Why Kent Island Chooses Shore Elite for PT
Shore Elite Physical Therapy was built to be different. We offer 60-minute, one-on-one sessions with a licensed physical therapist every single visit — no double-booking, no aides, no shortcuts. Our women-owned, out-of-network practice means your care is never dictated by an insurance company. No physician referral is needed in Maryland, and HSA/FSA payments are accepted. This is remarkably different physical therapy.

"I am so very grateful to Dana!!! An injury is hard enough for a young athlete (13) and PT can be discouraging at times. Dana never let him quit when he felt weak, always had quick witty comebacks for his teenage sarcasm and pushed him when needed. Their one on one approach at Shore Elite is by far the best. He was able to return to sports much quicker and stronger than before!!"

"My recovery from a neck fracture and multiple other injuries would not be where it is today without Ashley and Dana. Their knowledge and approach to my mobility, pain management and consistent overall improvement is truly exceptional. I would not even consider trusting my healing to anyone else!"

"Ashley was a huge part of my team in helping me prepare and fix my hip flexor situation, for my first 100 Mile Ultra Trail Marathon finish. During that run I tore my right calf muscle, met once a week to work on it, and 5-6 weeks later I was running the JFK50 mile for my fourth finish, no pain, the calf had healed, no issues."
